Each package includes a complimentary consultation before booking so we can learn about your honoree, discuss your vision for their memorial, and share information about the ways we can best support you during this difficult time. All of our packages are customized to meet the individual needs of each family and are for Celebrating the Memories services only. The actual budget for a Celebration of Life is based on the selections made for your gathering.

Personalized DIY Plan
For clients that just need a little help coming up with ideas and getting organized. Your personalized written plan includes recommendations for decor, timeline, and vendors that complement your venue and budget. Ideal for families that have the time and resources to coordinate with vendors and manage the event including set up and break down.
PACKAGE 02
Starting at $950.00
Day of Coordination
Appropriate for clients that prefer to plan the memorial themselves but would like professional day of coordination so that they can have the gift of being fully present. This package includes a strategy meeting and site visit where we review your plan and timeline followed by a written summary, updates as needed of interactions and confirmations with your selected vendors, and onsite coordination the day of your event.

Starting at $1600.00
Planning, Coordination, and Set Up for Your Gathering
This package is most suitable for clients who are hosting a more intimate reception for family and the closest of friends at home or another previously selected venue. Your plan includes custom touches, vendor research and coordination, and set up for your event. After our initial meeting, you will receive a written detailed proposal that incorporates recommendations for all aspects of your event including timelines, catering, AV professionals, venue arrangements, decor, and more.​
