Each gathering begins with a complimentary consultation where we learn about your loved one, your vision, and the type of experience you hope to create.  Because every family's needs are different, our services are tailored accordingly--from collaborative support to full service coordination.  Planning and coordination fees are separate from event-related expenses such as venue rental, catering, florals, and other selected services.  Overall investment varies based on the scope, location, and details of each celebration of life.

Guided Planning 

Ideal for families seeking guidance, ideas, and organizational support while managing the planning process themselves.  This service includes a personalized written plan with recommendations for decor, timeline development, and vendor referrals that align with your venue, vision, and preferences. 

Best suited for clients who are comfortable coordinating logistics and managing the event independently, but would benefit from professional direction and planning expertise.

Starting at $950.00

Event Coordination and Support

Designed for families who prefer to plan the gathering but would like professional coordination and support on the day of the event.  This service includes a planning review, timeline management, vendor confirmations, and on-site coordination to help ensure the day unfolds smoothly and allows you to be fully present with family and guests.

Comprehensive Planning and Coordination 

Our most frequently booked service is perfect for families who would like experienced guidance and hands-on support throughout the entire process.  From venue selection and vendor coordination to timeline management, personalized details, and event execution, we oversee every aspect of the celebration of life with care and intention--allowing you to focus on family, guests, and honoring your loved one.

Signature Planning Service

Designed for larger gatherings and highly personalized celebrations, our Signature Planning Service provides comprehensive support from concept through execution.  We collaborate closely with families to create thoughtfully designed experiences that reflect the life, personality, and legacy of their loved on while managing every detail with care, creativity, and professionalism.

Ideal for families seeking elevated coordination, customized design elements, complex logistics, or a more fully supported planning experience.
